2110.0340 DELINQUENT SCHOOL LICENSES.

Failure to renew a school license before its expiration date shall result in a delinquent license. The applicant shall comply with the following:

A.

If less than 30 days have elapsed since the expiration date of the license, the applicant shall submit a written request for renewal of license and the fees identified in Minnesota Statutes, section 155A.25.

B.

If more than 30 days have elapsed since the expiration of the license, the licensee shall reapply for a school license as if no license had been previously issued. The school's operation without a valid license is a violation of the law and no student training provided during that period will be recognized by the board.
