2100.9100 INSPECTION SLIPS.

An inspector employed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 154.002 shall fill out an inspection slip for each inspection made and shall insert the time of the inspection on the first and last inspection slips for the day and each of those slips shall be signed by the barber of the place that was inspected.
