2100.9000 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

Any duly authorized employee of the Minnesota Board of Barber Examiners or community health board as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 145A.02, subdivision 5, shall have authority to enter upon and inspect any barber shop or barber school at any time during business hours.
