1525.1040 PASTEURIZATION.

Pasteurized milk and milk products must comply with all requirements of Minnesota Statutes, sections 31.101, subdivision 12, and 32D.02, subdivision 8. Equipment must be constructed, installed, and operated in compliance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 31.101, subdivision 12, and 32D.02, subdivision 8.
