1512.0040 MINIMUM PERSONNEL STANDARDS.

Each laboratory that performs soil analysis must be supervised by persons who are responsible for the training and supervision of the laboratory staff. The supervisor must meet one of the following qualifications:

A.

be a graduate of an accredited college with a bachelor of science degree and a graduate in one of the chemical, engineering, physical, or biological sciences; or

B.

have five years prior experience in the supervision or operations of a laboratory that performs soil analysis.
