1510.0414 LOCATION OF LABEL INFORMATION.

For packaged fertilizers, the information required in part 1510.0412 must be in a readable and conspicuous form and must appear:

A.

on the front or back side of the container;

B.

on the upper one-third of the side of a container;

C.

on the upper end of the container; or

D.

printed on a tag affixed to the upper end of the container.
