1305.3500 CHAPTER 35, REFERENCED STANDARDS.

Subpart 1.

[Repealed, 39 SR 1605]

Subp. 1a.

ANSI MH29.1-2012.

ANSI MH29.1-2012 Safety Requirements for Industrial Scissor Lifts shall replace ANSI MH29.1-2008 on the list of referenced documents in IBC chapter 35.

Subp. 1b.

ASME A18.1-2017.

ASME A18.1-2017 Safety Standard for Platform Lifts and Stairway Chairlifts shall replace ASME A18.1-2014 on the list of referenced documents in IBC chapter 35.

Subp. 2.

Supplemental standards.

The standards listed in this subpart shall supplement the list of referenced documents in IBC chapter 35. The standards referenced in this subpart shall be considered part of the requirements of this part to the extent prescribed in each part or reference.
