Subpart 1.

IBC section 403.2.1.2.

IBC section 403.2.1.2 is deleted in its entirety.

Subp. 2.

[Repealed, 39 SR 1605]

Subp. 3.

IBC section 403.4.8.2.

IBC section 403.4.8.2 is amended to read as follows:

403.4.8.2 Standby power loads. The following are classified as standby power loads:

1. Power and lighting for the fire command center required by Section 403.4.6;

2. Ventilation and automatic fire detection equipment for smokeproof enclosures; and

3. Passenger elevators serving occupied floors more than 75 feet (22860 mm) above the lowest level of fire department vehicle access.
