                            CHAPTER 29-H.F.No. 1820 
                  An act relating to the Cambridge State Hospital; 
                  naming a cemetery; providing for a sign; proposing 
                  coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 246. 
        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
           Section 1.  [246.325] [GARDEN OF REMEMBRANCE.] 
           The cemetery located on the grounds of the Cambridge State 
        Hospital shall be known as the Garden of Remembrance.  The 
        commissioner of human services shall approve the wording and 
        design for a sign at the cemetery indicating its name.  The 
        commissioner may approve a temporary sign before the permanent 
        sign is completed and installed.  All costs related to the sign 
        must be paid with nonstate funds.
