Laws of Minnesota 1991 CHAPTER 192-H.F.No. 118 An act relating to occupational safety and health; honoring workers killed while working on public projects; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 182. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [182.6625] [HONORING DECEASED WORKERS.] At the request of the family of a worker involved in a fatal accident killed while working on a public construction project, the commissioner shall erect a plaque in honor of the deceased worker.
