                        CHAPTER 511-H.F.No. 1456
           An act relating to Otter Tail county; authorizing the 
          board of county commissioners to sell certain real 
          property. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [OTTER TAIL COUNTY; SALE OF REAL PROPERTY.] 
    The board of county commissioners of Otter Tail county may 
by resolution, without advertising for bids, list with a 
licensed real estate agent and sell the former juvenile female 
group home owned and operated by the county and the tract of 
land where the home is located.  
    Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
    This act is effective the day after compliance with 
Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivision 3, by the Otter 
Tail county board.
