           An act relating to retirement; Brooklyn Park volunteer 
          firefighters relief association; repealing Laws 1975, 
          chapter 237, as amended. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
    Laws 1975, chapter 237, as amended by Laws 1979, chapter 
201, sections 34 and 35, is repealed.  
    Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
    This act is effective the day following final enactment.  
    Approved May 9, 1983
