           An act relating to claims against the state; providing 
          for payment of various claims; appropriating money. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [CLAIM; APPROPRIATION; GENERAL FUND.] 
    Subdivision 1.  The sum set forth in this section is 
appropriated from the general fund to the person named in this 
section in full and final payment of claims against the state. 
This appropriation is available until June 30, 1984.  
    Subd. 2.  Estate of Edward J. Johnson, Rural Route 1, New 
London, Minnesota 56273 for costs, disbursements, and attorneys 
fees not expressly authorized to be reimbursed pursuant to 
statute ..... $19,389.00.  
    Sec. 2.  [VETERANS BONUS CLAIMS.] 
    Subdivision 1.  [GENERALLY.] The sums set forth in this 
section are appropriated from the general fund to the persons 
named in subdivision 2 in full and final payment of claims 
against the state for adjusted compensation arising from Vietnam 
service.  
    Subd. 2.  [VIETNAM SERVICE.] Lawrence L. Anderson, 9564
