                        CHAPTER 158--S.F.No. 689
           An act relating to the town of St. Cloud; permitting 
          its division into urban and rural service districts.  
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [TOWN OF ST. CLOUD; URBAN AND RURAL SERVICE 
DISTRICTS.] 
    The town board of the town of St. Cloud may divide its area 
into an urban service district and a rural service district 
under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, section 272.67, in 
the same manner as a statutory city.  
    Sec. 2.  [LOCAL APPROVAL.] 
    This act is effective the day after compliance with 
Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivision 3, by the St. 
Cloud town board.
