                        CHAPTER 107--H.F.No. 1122
           An act relating to the town of Flowing; permitting the 
          town to conduct elections and town business in a 
          nearby city. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [FLOWING TOWN BUSINESS.] 
    The town of Flowing, in Clay county, may conduct town 
meetings, town board meetings, and any other town business in 
the city of Felton.  The town may use the town hall as a polling 
place for all elections notwithstanding the requirements for the 
location of a polling place as provided in Minnesota Statutes, 
section 204B.16, subdivision 1.  
    Sec. 2.  [LOCAL APPROVAL.] 
    This act is effective the day after compliance with 
Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivision 3, by the 
Flowing town board.
