BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

FORKS.

Statutes, section 123B.58, subdivision 3, Independent School
District No. 595, East Grand Forks, may levy its remaining
disabled access levy authority over five or fewer years.
