A bill for an act
 relating to judiciary; making state guardian ad litem program records subject to
the Rules of Public Access to Records of the Guardian Ad Litem Program;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 480.35, subdivision 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 480.35, subdivision 6, is amended to read:


Subd. 6.

Access to records.

Access to records of the state guardian ad litem program is
