Relating to state lands; exempting charges authorizing use of state owned lands and minerals or for sales of state owned lands administered by the commissioner of natural resources (DNR) from legislative approval requirements; requiring registration of pelts of certain small game with a state wildlife manager before sale or transport out of state and specifying a time limit for registration; authorizing the exchange of county lakeshore lands for leased farmed wild rice lands; authorizing and providing for the sale of certain school trust fund land bordering public water and for public and private sales of certain surplus state lands in Lake county and for the conveyance of certain surplus state land in Mower county; establishing the Hill Lake wildlife management area and authorizing and providing for the private conveyance of certain consolidated conservation land in Aitkin county; adding certain lands to the Hill River state forest and to the Aitkin wildlife management area; authorizing the board of trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and universities (MnSCU) to transfer certain state owned land operated by the North Hennepin community college in Brooklyn Park in exchange for certain contiguous land; authorizing and providing for the exchange of certain land in the city of Bird Island (Ch. 206, 2001)
