8200.3000 REGISTRATION IN WRONG COUNTY.
A county auditor must accept a voter registration application delivered to the county auditor, even if the voter registration application includes a residential address outside of the county. When a county auditor receives a voter registration application with a residential address in another county, the auditor shall within two working days forward the application to the auditor of the proper county if the county can be ascertained.
