7011.2575 STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE FOR THE BEVERAGE CAN SURFACE COATING INDUSTRY.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart WW, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for the Beverage Can Surface Coating Industry," is adopted and incorporated by reference, except that decisions made by the administrator under Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, section 60.496(a)(1), and the last sentence of Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, section 60.493(b)(2)(i)(A), are not delegated to the commissioner and must be made by the administrator.
