4685.0935 EFFECTIVE DATE; EXISTING CONTRACTS.

Subpart 1.

Applicability of coordination rules.

Coordination requirements in parts 4685.0905 to 4685.0950 apply to every group contract that provides health care benefits issued on or after October 9, 1989.
