     525.705 Preexisting guardianships and conservatorships. 


    All guardians and conservators serving prior to August 1, 
 1981, shall have all powers and duties of section 525.56, 
 subdivision 3, as to the person and section 525.56, subdivision 
 4, as to the estate, unless restricted by any existing court 
 order, until those powers or duties are restricted or changed by 
 court order.
