The Office of the Attorney General conducted a legal review of all rules adopted without a public hearing for which a notice of intent to adopt was published before January 1, 1996, the date on which this responsibility was transferred to the Office of Administrative Hearings.

The Office of the Attorney General reviews emergency and expedited emergency game and fish rules under Minnesota Statutes, sections 84.027, subd. 13 and 97A.0455.
