Adoption of Exempt Rule

For certain types of exempt rules, the agency gives public notice of adoption of the rules in the State Register after they have been approved by the Office of the Revisor of Statutes and for many of these types, the Office of Administrative Hearings. The effective date of the rules is often tied to the date this notice is published.
