Notice of Hearing
An agency must publish this notice in the State Register to start the formal process to adopt rules when it intends to adopt the rules after a public hearing. The text of the proposed rules is also published in the State Register at the same time. The notice tells the public where and when the hearing will be held. The hearing must be held at least 30 days after this notice is given. This notice can be made as part of a dual notice.
