grant.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin (a) $50,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $50,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of the Office of Higher Education for a grant to the
Loan Repayment Assistance Program of Minnesota to provide education debt relief to
attorneys with full-time employment providing legal advice or representation to low-income
clients or support services for this work.
