ARTICLE 1 - DATA PRACTICES

Modifying certain
welfare data disclosure provisions; modifying commissioner of human services
licensing denial and disqualification data treatment and allowing human services
licensing data, services for developmental disabilities, and human services
background studies to be shared with certain other departments; modifying
certain law enforcement data provisions

ARTICLE 2 - LICENSING

Modifying
licensing provisions and data practices provisions modifications human services
licensing application provisions, grant of license, residential facility
education program completion, application denial, license suspension,
revocation, or fine and consolidated contested case hearings, swimming pools,
family day care and group family day care providers, crib safety requirements,
provider eligibility payments from the chemical dependency consolidated
treatment fund, independent living assistance for youth and the maltreatment of
minors; modifying certain provisions relating to the human services background
studies act; modifying human services background studies provisions, and human
services hearings; revisors instructions; repealing a certain rule

- PROGRAM INTEGRITY

Establishing provisions relating to human services
licensing public funding reimbursement; requiring attendance records for
publicly funded child care services; specifying certain monitoring provisions
applicants or license holders receiving public funds must comply with;
establishing compliance officers for individuals on medical assistance
