Relating to cosmetology; providing for the transfer of regulatory oversight from
the commissioner of commerce to the board of barber and cosmetologist examiners
and providing for cosmetology representation on the board; eliminating certain
barber and cosmetology fee payment deadline and disbursement requirements;
clarifying the definition of licensed practice relating to estheticians;
eliminating the cosmetology fee for offices of licensed physicians; specifying
certain renumbering, reference correction and term substitution instructions to
the revisor of statutes; repealing the Minnesota cosmetology advisory council
and a certain rule providing a fee schedule for the board
