ARTICLE 1 - VOLUNTARY CONSOLIDATION OF MINNEAPOLIS
FIREFIGHTERS RELIEF ASSOCIATION

Establishing alternative retirement benefit
coverage for certain employees affiliated with the Minneapolis firefighters
relief association; providing for a voluntary consolidation of the Minneapolis
firefighters relief association with the public employees police and fire
retirement plan (PERA - P&F); providing for membership transfer, service credit
and benefit liability transfer, transfer of records, transfer of assets and
title to assests; benefit specification and additional asset transfers;
providing for a special actuarial valuation pending consolidation; specifying
approval of city of Minneapolis
