person from the department of corrections (DOC) or other custodial authority
made through an automated electronic notification system; changing victim
notification provisions to include stalking; changing the term harassment to
stalking; requiring the department of public safety to convene a working group
to study the restitution process and specifying duties; providing for working
group sunset provision
