1E Expanding the health professional education loan forgiveness program to
include advanced dental therapists, dental therapists, mental health
professionals, and public health nurses; excluding Duluth, Mankato, Moorhead,
Rochester, and St. Cloud from the designated rural area; including certain
hospitals owning nursing homes in the program; including pharmacists in training
in the program; requiring the commissioner of health to give preference to
applicants with diverse cultural competencies; appropriating money to the
commissioner of health (MDH)
