Article 1 General Assistance Medical
Care

Section 1. Mental health urgent care and psychiatric consultation
services included in re-design of behavioral health hospitals and Anoka-Metro
Regional Treatment Center, and terms defined.

Section 3. Quarterly payment adjustment provisions
modified.

Section 4. Prior authorization of drugs exemption
provided.

Section 5. Antipsychotic and attention deficit disorder and
attention deficit hyperactivity disorder medications regulations provided for
pediatric patients.

care patients prohibited by hospitals or providers in a coordinated care
delivery system.

temporary uncompensated care pool established, prescription drug pool
