An act

relating to local government; authorizing meetings by telephone or other electronic means;

amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 469.084, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 469.084, is amended by adding a subdivision to read:

new text begin The port authority may conduct meetings as provided by section 13D.015. new text end
