BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

REPEALER.

Minnesota Statutes 2006, sections 299F.840; 299F.841, subdivisions 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8; 299F.842; 299F.843; 299F.844; 299F.845; 299F.846; 299F.847; and 299F.848, are repealed.
