relating to public safety; repealing the program that involved mailed demands that vehicle owners provide verification of auto insurance;

repealing Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 169.796, subdivision 3; Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 6, article 3, section 91.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
