relating to higher education; authorizing the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees to construct an academic building in Mankato.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin The Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities may design, construct, furnish, and equip an academic building on the Minnesota State University, Mankato campus for the College of Business at a site approved by the board using nonstate money. A facility endowment must be created with nonstate money for operating costs of the building. new text end
