                  An act relating to human services; extending the 
                  sunset date for the supportive housing and managed 
                  care pilot project; amending Minnesota Statutes 2002, 
                  section 256K.25, subdivision 7. 
        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
           Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 256K.25, 
        subdivision 7, is amended to read: 
           Subd. 7.  [SUNSET.] The pilot project under this section 
        sunsets on June 30, 2006 2007.
