                             CHAPTER 33-H.F.No. 258 
                  An act relating to agriculture; prohibiting 
                  registration of certain fertilizers; amending 
                  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 18C.401, by adding a 
                  subdivision. 
        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
           Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 18C.401, is 
        amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
           Subd. 5.  [FERTILIZER CONTAINING ARSENIC.] The commissioner 
        may not license or register for sale or use in Minnesota any 
        fertilizer containing more than 500 parts per million by weight 
        of arsenic.
