        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
           Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
           Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 260.019, subdivisions 2, 
        3, and 4, are repealed. 
           Presented to the governor March 6, 2002
