        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
           Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
           Minnesota Statutes 2000, sections 329.02; 329.03; 329.04; 
        329.05; 329.06; 329.07; 329.08; and 329.09, are repealed.
