                  Lutheran Church and cemetery as a historic place; 
                  amending Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 138.664, by

        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
           Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 138.664, is 
        amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
           Subd. 115.  Zion Lutheran Church and cemetery, rural 
        Shelly, Norman county. 
           Presented to the governor April 22, 1997
