                  An act relating to game and fish; modifying 
                  restrictions for nonresident fish houses; amending 
                  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 97C.355, subdivision 
                  6. 
        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
           Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 97C.355, 
        subdivision 6, is amended to read: 
           Subd. 6.  [RESTRICTIONS FOR NONRESIDENTS.] A nonresident 
        may only obtain a license for a fish house that is collapsible 
        and portable, and but the house may not be unattended.
