                            CHAPTER 487-H.F.No. 2360 
                  An act relating to transportation; authorizing 
                  commissioner of transportation to contract with state 
                  of Wisconsin to build and operate truck inspection 
                  station in Wisconsin. 
        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
           Section 1.  [TRUCK INSPECTION SITE IN WISCONSIN.] 
           The commissioner of transportation may enter into an 
        agreement with the state of Wisconsin to construct and operate a 
        truck inspection station on U.S. Highway Route No. 8 east of 
        Taylors Falls, Minnesota.  The agreement must provide for 
        operating the facility.
