                         CHAPTER 37-S.F.No. 605 
           An act relating to the veterans homes board; requiring 
          the board to apply for certain federal funding. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL FUNDS.] 
    No later than April 15, 1993, the veterans homes board of 
directors shall apply to the United States Department of 
Veterans Affairs for federal funding needed to complete the 
renovation or replacement of facilities on the Minneapolis 
campus. 
     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
    Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
