BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. [COORDINATION OF DEPARTMENT REVIEWS AND
EVALUATIONS.]
The commissioners of health and human services shall
develop and implement a plan by 1995 to coordinate reviews,
surveys, evaluations, and investigations conducted by the
agencies. The plan shall determine which department is

health or the commissioner of agriculture the responsibility to
conduct all food-related inspections; or (3) by adopting other
modifications that the report shall recommend.
