           An act relating to game and fish; limiting the 
          prohibition on the use of radio equipment to take 
          protected wild animals to big game and small game; 
          amending Minnesota Statutes 1990, section 97B.085, 
          subdivision 1. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1990, section 97B.085, 
subdivision 1, is amended to read: 
    Subdivision 1.  [TAKING PROTECTED ANIMALS PROHIBITED.] A 
person may not use radio equipment to take a protected wild 
animal big game or small game.
