           An act relating to education; authorizing a technical 
          college to contract to provide services; proposing 
          coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 136C.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [136C.044] [STUDENT HOUSING MANAGEMENT.] 
    A technical college may contract with student housing 
facility owners or on-site management firms to assist in the 
operation, control, and management of the facility.
