           An act repealing certain pipeline approval authority 
          of the commissioner of natural resources; repealing 
          Minnesota Statutes 1990, section 117.49. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
    Minnesota Statutes 1990, section 117.49, is repealed. 
    Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
    This act is effective the day following its final enactment.
