           An act relating to state parks; renaming Helmer Myre 
          and Nerstrand Woods state parks; amending Minnesota 
          Statutes 1988, section 85.012, subdivisions 27 and 45. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1988, section 85.012, 
subdivision 27, is amended to read: 
     Subd. 27.  Helmer Myre Myre-Big Island state park, Freeborn 
county. 
     Sec. 2.  Minnesota Statutes 1988, section 85.012, 
subdivision 45, is amended to read: 
     Subd. 45.  Nerstrand Big Woods state park, Rice county.
