BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [326.785] [ASBESTOS CONTAINMENT BARRIERS.] 
    Notwithstanding Minnesota Rules, part 7005.1616, subpart 4, 
item B, subitem (5), containment barriers, in the case of tunnel 
abatement enclosures, are limited to double critical barriers.
